1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jll8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with jll8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jll8. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use jll8 services. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gambling activity in the Philippines. jll8 enforces age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jll8 Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. jll8 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jll8 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jll8:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of jll8 or its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by jll8 from the Platform;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the jll8 Platform. The registration and operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, jll8 reserves the right to close all such accounts and to forfeit any funds, including winnings, held in duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jll8 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs. You must not share your account access with any third party. jll8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify jll8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting jll8 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

jll8 is required by applicable Philippine law and responsible gaming standards to verify the identity and age of all players. You agree to provide such documents as jll8 may reasonably request to complete identity verification, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued Philippine identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, dated within 3 months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., GCash account name matching the registered account name).

jll8 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Full KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal exceeding the applicable threshold set by jll8 from time to time.

6Deposits

6.1 Accepted Methods

jll8 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The available methods and any applicable minimum and maximum deposit amounts may be updated by jll8 from time to time.

6.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jll8 account in under 30 seconds. Bank transfer and over-the-counter deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider. jll8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit across most methods is ₱100.

6.4 Own Funds

You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, jll8 reserves the right to place the funds on hold and request documentation confirming the source of funds before permitting play or withdrawal.

7Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to fully verified jll8 account holders. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jll8 account. jll8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of request. Progressive jackpot winnings may be subject to specific payment schedules disclosed at the time of win.

7.3 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. jll8 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers once funds have been dispatched.

7.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

jll8 may request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where account activity has triggered automated fraud or anti-money laundering alerts. Withdrawals will be placed on hold during the verification review period.

7.5 Bonus Balance and Wagering

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only the Real Money Balance resulting from completed wagering is eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal of a Real Money Balance while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.

8Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Promotion Terms

All jll8 bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of the agreement between jll8 and the Player for that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

jll8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where jll8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited gameplay patterns, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players for bonus gain.

8.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to expiry deadlines as stated in each promotion. Unused bonus credits and un-played free spins that expire are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

9Gameplay Rules

9.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jll8 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before wagering. jll8 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.

9.2 RNG and Fair Play

All casino-style games on the jll8 Platform employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. RTP percentages are published within each game's information panel.

9.3 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jll8's system will complete the game round according to its predetermined outcome. Upon reconnection, the result of the completed round will be displayed. jll8 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9.4 Software Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, technical malfunction, or game fault that affects the outcome of a bet, jll8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. Any winnings generated by a demonstrable error or malfunction are void and will not be paid.

9.5 Currency

All wagers on the jll8 Platform are placed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.

10Responsible Gaming

jll8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a coping mechanism, or a source of stress.

10.1 Age Verification

jll8 enforces a strict 21+ age gate at registration, consistent with PAGCOR requirements. Age verification documents may be requested at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed.

10.2 Player Tools

jll8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll8 Platform:

1. Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or play on the Platform;
4. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain;
5. Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the Platform's intended operation;
6. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
7. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
9. Colluding with other players in a manner that gives an unfair advantage;
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jll8 staff in any manner.

Where jll8 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, withhold or forfeit any funds or winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the jll8 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, video, and the compilation thereof — is the proprietary property of jll8 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jll8's prior written consent.

13Privacy

jll8 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is accessible at jll8.app/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to jll8's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jll8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate business operation.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll8 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to internet connectivity;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information provided to jll8;
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment processors or software providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jll8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jll8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (iv) any information you submit to jll8 that is false, inaccurate, or misleading.

16Suspension & Termination

jll8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where jll8 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose jll8 to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk;
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• A Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon termination of an account for cause, jll8 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any funds held in the account. Upon termination not resulting from Player misconduct, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method after applicable verification.

17Amendments to These Terms

jll8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or updates to list of accepted payment methods) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the jll8 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

18Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jll8's support team to seek resolution. jll8 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a dispute relates to a specific game outcome or transaction, supporting evidence including game logs and transaction records will be reviewed by jll8's compliance team within 10 business days of a formal written complaint.

PAGCOR may serve as a mediating authority for complaints relating to jll8's compliance with its licensing obligations. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the processes prescribed on PAGCOR's official website.
